About Our Passive Recruiting Services.
At Miller, Abramson & Company we've developed a system that
leaves no stone unturned in our quest to find the best potential employees for
your company. Typically, our passive recruiting process works like this:

We ask you for detailed job specifications including all the usual
information such as required years of experience and education,
responsibilities, reporting relationships, location of position, etc. The more
information you give us up front, the better able we are to understand your
optimal candidate.

We drill down deeper, asking questions such as "Is there a particular
geographical area from which you would ideally like this person to come?",
"Are there certifications or training you would like your candidates to
possess?", etc.

We further dialogue with you to explore any other specific questions you
would like us to ask potential candidates while we have them on the phone, to
determine particular industries and/or companies you would like your
candidates to come from (if any), etc.
Once we have obtained all the necessary information, we embark upon an aggressive research recruiting campaign to find just
the right candidate.
